Will my order be confidential?

Just For Fun™ guarantees you complete privacy. All packages are shipped in plain boxes. All party orders are individually bagged, sealed, and labeled with the customer’s name. We can also guarantee that we will never sell, rent, or give your personal information to any other business or organization.

Can I order something I do NOT see on the website?

Although Just For Fun™ offers a wide selection of product categories; we have many more products available. We can find almost anything you may have seen at another retail store or website. If you don't see what you are looking for, please call us toll free at (866) 878-4FUN or e-mail us at info@justforfunparties.com.

When will I receive my order?

All internet orders are shipped within 72 business hours from receipt of payment, provided the items are in stock. Party orders are shipped to the Hostess within 2 to 3 weeks. We stock all products in our warehouse; however you may experience a delay due to reasons beyond our control. We will contact you immediately should an item you requested be on backorder for longer than a few days.

What forms of payment will you accept?

For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. You may purchase on line or call us at (866) 878-4FUN and one of our staff will help you with your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make online is protected and secure.

Can I exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

If you should be dissatisfied for ANY reason, we will gladly exchange the item within 30 days, provided the item is unused and its packaging is in original condition. Just For Fun™ cannot accept returns on used items or lingerie due to health and safety regulations.

What if my purchase is defective?

You need only return the defective item to us in its original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase and we will be pleased to provide a replacement.

Do you charge a fee for hosting a party?

Just For Fun™ parties are FREE! Not only is it FREE, but you will earn many hostess rewards such as a shopping spree, deeply discounted Just For Fun™ products and a 3 day/2 night vacation for two.

Who can attend a party?

Our only requirement is that your guests be over 18 years of age. We welcome the opportunity to do your party for: women only, couples, co-ed or gay & lesbian groups. We have something for everyone!
